VSeen (Visual Search Engine) is a project created in 2019 by Invitalia’s Smart&Start Italia funding program, to support fashion companies in solving crucial problems – errors in product cataloging processes, e-commerce site abandonment rates, online sales of counterfeit products – through a digital transformation process.
There are three challenges: providing personalized products and services; automating management processes; and extracting information from data collected from customer interactions across all Brand Touch Points.
